➼ Prices are in USD
➼ All prices are base prices and may increase with the complexity of the request
➼ Complex characters or scenes may incur an additional fee (detailed outfit or armour, complex design, and excessive props). The fee is between 25-50% of the base price
➼ Additional characters start at 75% of the base price

➼ Please give at least 2 weeks to complete a commission. If it has a deadline, request at least 2 weeks in advance or you may be subject to a rush fee

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to have read, understood, and accept this ToS.

➼General

• I reserve all rights to my artwork. You may not sell or reproduce unless previously discussed. If you are found to be doing this you will be blacklisted• I reserve the right to deny your commission without reason• Please give at least 2 weeks for the commission to be completed. Even for sketches and chibis. If the commission has a time frame and/or needs to be completed at a certain date, you must state this upfront. There will be a rush fee on orders not given at least two weeks notice• A preview sketch will be provided on anything but a Minimal Colour . At this point it is up to the customer to give the go ahead or say if things like the pose or other details need to be changed• Pose edits are only allowed in the sketch phase. Any requests for a major change after the sketch phase will be charged extra. Up to 3 minor edits (colours, markings, etc.) can be changed once the commission is completed. Any further requests will be charged extra• I don’t work in list order, I work on what I feel like working on at the time• Images will be watermarked with a signature upon completion and a full watermark upon upload. You may not remove or alter it in any way. If it is found that you have tampered with either the signature or watermark you will be blacklisted. No exceptions

➼Prices and Payment

• All prices are in USD and may increase with the complexity of the request (design, poses, scene, number of characters, time constraints, etc.). Pricing is non-negotiable. My offer is the lowest price I am willing to accept your work for. Tips are appreciated, but not required• Payment is upfront and by invoices through PayPal only. I will not start on the commission until it is fully paid• An invoice will be sent to you through PayPal once a final price has been agreed to and must be paid within 48 hours unless otherwise stated

If it is a traditionally drawn ref (on paper), provide digital colours• Avoid character descriptions please. If you can’t get a proper visual reference do the best you can to supply reference images. A description may increase the price• I will not ask for additional details if it is not in the initial request. It is up to the customer to provide all the necessary information

➼Reposting and Usage

• Please do NOT repost. I post commissions to my own accounts on numerous sites that you are then free to reblog or retweet to your profiles. If you wish to repost, please ask and use the properly watermarked version and you must provide a source link back to me. I’d like to know where my art is going and to avoid theft as best I can• I retain all copyright to my artwork. By commissioning me you pay for the time I spend making the artwork, not the copyright to the image• You are NOT allowed to make NFTs of my work. I do not support them and if I find out you have, you will be blacklisted• You are free to use your commission for personal, non-profit use (icons, wallpaper, etc.). Commercial use or resale of commissioned artwork is prohibited unless an exception is given• You may not alter the commissioned piece in any way. You may not colour/shade, trace over it, make your own edits, pay someone else to edit, or tamper with it unless previously discussed. If you are found to be doing this, you will be blacklisted• Your commission may be used as examples, showcase pieces, price sheets, etc. Let me know upfront if this is not acceptable• Be sure to save your commission. I am not responsible for any lost commissions

• NSFW/suggestive/fetish or hard gore of any kind• I will do gift art and art of OCs that aren’t owned by you, but only if you have permission from the owner

➼Refunds and Cancellations

• If a refund is required, contact me immediately! Do not file a chargeback--it can incur significant additional costs to myself beyond that of the refund and will result in being blacklisted from future work• Either party has the right to cancel the commission at any time, with or without a given reason.• Cancelled by me, with or without reason- Customer will get the full refund•** Cancelled by customer, with or without reason:**
• Refund amount will be issued depending on the progress of the commission. A full refund may only be given if a WiP has not yet been provided
• A refund will not be given once a piece is completed. This is non-negotiable• Refunded/cancelled/rejected pieces may be repurposed into a YCH. Any resemblances to characters will be changed. Customers reserve no rights to incomplete or refunded work.
